Slow cooking sounds like a convenient way of cooking, especially for those who don't have time to babysit their food while cooking. Recipes like bone broth, soups and stews are commonly cooked in slow cookers. All you need to do is put all the ingredients in the crockpot and leave it to slow cook for hours. At the end of the day, you will find it ready to serve. Isn't it convenient? But it comes at a price.
